Role Description
As a full-time Business Development Manager at Orange Health, you will be based in Gurugram and work on-site. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. You will manage strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate internally to create tailored solutions for clients. This role requires analyzing market trends to inform strategy and staying updated on industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, including lead generation, sales conversion, and relationship management
- Ability to negotiate contracts, formulate strategies, and propose customized solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with expertise in client engagement
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and competitive analysis
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, diagnostics, or related services is a strong plus
- Proven experience in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
