Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Business Development Manager to own and accelerate revenue growth across India and international markets. This is a hunter & farmer role — you will drive new logo acquisition, build executive relationships, and lead end-to-end sales cycles across our Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security service lines.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new logo acquisition across India and international markets
• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships
• Engage and build relationships with Founders, CTOs, CIOs, and VP Engineering stakeholders
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft compelling, customized solutions across Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security
• Leverage AI-powered sales tools to identify prospects, personalise outreach, and accelerate pipeline velocity
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Key Requirements
• 8–10+ years of experience in IT services / infrastructure / cloud / DevOps / security sales
• Proven track record selling to SMBs, mid-market, or enterprise customers
• Strong consultative selling skills with experience engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and structured pipeline management
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Apollo, Lavender, or similar) to supercharge prospecting and outreach
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, DevOps practices, and cybersecurity — not just surface-level familiarity
