Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing sales strategies, preparing presentations, managing client accounts, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration across teams to create tailored solutions for clients' needs and consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences are key responsibilities in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in strategic planning, business analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong sales, lead generation, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and dynamic environment
- Previous experience in business development within the hospitality, consultancy, or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
