Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Panchkula. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in education technology and display & digital signage, build and maintain relationships with institutional and corporate clients, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The role includes developing and executing business development strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, conducting product demonstrations at the experience center or client locations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in business development, B2B sales, and client relationship management.
- Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation to close deals.
- Knowledge of education technology, display solutions, or digital signage markets is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic reporting dashboards.
- Willingness to conduct client visits, product demos, and attend relevant industry events.
