We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager Data Center & Cloud Services to drive enterprise sales growth and expand our customer base across cloud, managed services, and data center solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in B2B technology sales, enterprise account management, and consultative selling within the areas of Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Managed Hosting, Disaster Recovery, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation Solutions.
This role requires a strategic sales professional capable of building long-term relationships with enterprise customers, understanding complex business challenges, and positioning scalable cloud and infrastructure solutions that deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth in Data Center and Cloud Services.
Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers across targeted industry verticals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and requirement analysis to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
Engage with CXO-level stakeholders, IT leaders, and decision-makers to understand business and technology requirements.
Promote and sell solutions related to:
Cloud Services (Public, Private, Hybrid Cloud)
Colocation Services
Managed Hosting
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
Backup Solutions
Cybersecurity Services
Network & Infrastructure Solutions
Virtualization & Managed IT Services
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Technical Teams, and Delivery Teams to design customized client solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, commercial proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive account growth, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and opportunity tracking through CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Stay updated on cloud technologies, market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging enterprise IT solutions.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned revenue targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
712 years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales, Cloud Sales, Data Center Sales, or Managed Services Sales.
Proven track record of achieving enterprise sales targets and managing strategic accounts.
Experience in selling enterprise technology solutions to sectors such as:
BFSI
Manufacturing
Healthcare
IT/ITES
E-commerce
Education
Telecom
Strong understanding of:
Cloud Computing Platforms
Data Center Infrastructure

Digital Transformation Initiatives
Experience handling large and complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders.
