Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Trivandrum for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing strategic partnerships to promote Offenso’s cybersecurity offerings. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing and executing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, leading client presentations, and representing Offenso at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Strong business strategy, sales planning, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and identifying emerging business opportunities
- Proven negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop marketing strategies, drive business growth, and achieve sales KPIs
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity or technology training industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for tracking growth metrics and performance
- 5–6 years of experience in Business Development (EdTech industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Experience in team handling is an added advantage
