Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive student enrollments and expand our presence in the cybersecurity training space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and converting prospects into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for cybersecurity courses (Ethical Hacking, Cyber Security programs, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to admission
- Counsel and guide students on course selection and career opportunities
- Build partnerships with colleges, institutions, and training centers
- Plan and execute outreach activities (seminars, webinars, workshops)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue/admission targets
- Maintain and update CRM with leads and follow-ups
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
- Track market trends in edtech and cybersecurity training
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in education sales / edtech will be an advantage
- Ability to handle student counseling and objections
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity courses (preferred)
