Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on developing strategic partnerships with hospitality businesses, identifying revenue opportunities, and expanding Odystay’s Partner network. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, establishing client relationships, and negotiating terms that align with our mission of shared growth. You will also analyze performance metrics, provide client support, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market research and business strategy development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and goal-oriented focus
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage
- Comfort with hybrid work models and ability to operate within a results-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
