Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, and homeowners, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Responsibilities include conducting market research, qualifying prospects, preparing and delivering product presentations and proposals, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs, tracking sales performance and pipeline metrics, and providing regular reports and sales forecasts to leadership. The Business Development Manager will also represent Odyssey Elevators at industry events, site visits, and client meetings to promote the brand and its premium home lift solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and travel within the territory
- Experience in real estate, construction, building materials, luxury products, home automation, elevators, interiors, or premium solutions will be preferred
