Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client base. Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, collaborating with teams to align services with market needs, conducting market research, and monitoring emerging trends to ensure a competitive edge for the organization. The role demands a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving business objectives while maintaining a customer-focused outlook.
Qualifications
Strong business development skills, including lead generation, strategic planning, and partnership building
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to foster client relationships and close deals
Understanding of marketing concepts, sales techniques, and market trend analysis
Experience in healthcare, nutrition, or similar industries is advantageous
Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership, and meet targets effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems
Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
