We're seeking a results-driven Manager Business Development to own and accelerate advertising revenue for our DoDOOH network in above categories in Mumbai/Bangalore. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll be the primary revenue driver—prospecting, closing deals, and owning client relationships across your territory. As you demonstrate success and the region matures, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team.
Experience:
• 5-7 years in Healthcare Marketing/ Advertising / OOH / Digital Health / Media Innovation
• Any exposure to health education management can be a big plus
• Understanding of healthcare advertiser needs, content sensitivities, and regulatory considerations • Established relationships within healthcare marketing community
Skills:
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to close large enterprise deals.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and shape ecosystem thinking.
• Decent understanding of regulatory, medical, and ethical communication guidelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Category Creation
• Establish Point-of-Care DOOH as a new media category in Health.
• Shape market understanding of the tech + awareness proposition Business Development & Commercial Growth
• Own and achieve ambitious regional revenue targets for DoDOOH advertising sales
• Drive direct sales to brands and advertisers across healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, wellness, FMCG, insurance, government, and related verticals
• Build, manage, and aggressively work your sales pipeline from prospecting through close
• Build and nurture relationships with advertising agencies, media planning firms, and buying desks
• Track and report performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy weekly Client Advisory & Problem Solving
• Understand brand challenges: awareness, adherence, behaviour change, therapy initiation.
Education • Bachelor's degree with Post graduation in Marketing & Sales
