Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Pune Division. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve business growth. Additional responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and contributing to the organization’s long-term growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Proven ability in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent Presentation, Negotiation, and Communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business development platforms
- Understanding of renewable energy, asset management, and infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or project management sector is a plus
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
