Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site ( Field Sales ) Business Development Manager position located in Bengaluru South. In this role, the candidate will identify and acquire new business opportunities, build and strengthen client relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing strategies to meet revenue objectives, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and leveraging NowFloats' innovative offerings to solve client challenges and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Relationship Building
- Understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO strategies, and online advertising tools like Google AdWords
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, conduct research, and develop successful sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in business development for technology-driven solutions (preferred)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Strong familiarity with local markets in Bengaluru South is advantageous
