Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Himachal Pradesh, India, for the position of Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the company’s growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing business strategies, managing client communications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Business Development and Sales, including identifying opportunities and generating leads
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
- Experience with Market Research and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Knowledge of music copyrights and the anti-piracy landscape is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site capacity
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience, preferably in the media, entertainment, or intellectual property sectors
