Senior Business Development Manager – Premium Modular Kitchens & Interiors (Bangalore)
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the premium modular kitchen and interiors segment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the luxury market, thrives on relationship-building, and has a strong track record in closing high-value deals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Drive lead generation through strategic partnerships with architects, interior designers, and key industry stakeholders
• Own the complete sales cycle – from initial engagement to final closure
• Collaborate closely with the design team to convert prospects into successful projects
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Bangalore
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a premium customer experience
🔹 Candidate Profile
• 5–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (interiors, real estate, or luxury segment preferred)
• Strong existing network within Bangalore’s architect and designer community
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and meet revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, ambitious, and result-oriented mindset
