Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success. The role also involves strategy development and creative problem-solving to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Should have 1 year to 2 years of experience in Field sales or Saas Sales.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.
- Strong sales and business development expertise, including client acquisition, relationship management, and contract negotiation
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting software, and other relevant business tools
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in sales or business development within the real estate or technology sector is advantageous
