Role Description
The Business Development Manager (B2C) will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with prospective clients. Core responsibilities include market research, generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, and negotiating deals. The role requires tracking sales performance, developing strategies to achieve set goals, and collaborating with other teams to deliver services effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bengaluru office.
Qualifications
- Should have 1 year - 2 years in Territory Sales Manager.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi mandatory.
- Should have an interest in Business Development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application Products /solutions.
- Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, and emphasize product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
- Capabilities of selling Hardware IOT devices
- Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and Societies,accounting services partners and builders to understand the scope of business and their expectations.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities and lead conversions.
- Ability to do product demonstrations to higher level authorities
- Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA.
