Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at NoBrokerHood, based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-term client relationships. Daily tasks will involve researching market trends, creating strategies to increase market share, negotiating deals, and presenting solutions to stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams to tailor offerings and ensure customer satisfaction will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Should have Strong Communication in English ,Hindi and Other Regional Language and Customer Service skills
- Should have 0.6-5 years of Experience in sales
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and guide teams effectively
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
