Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (B2B/B2C) based in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline across both B2B and B2C segments. The role includes conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable NoBroker HR solutions, and negotiating and closing deals. The person will be responsible for achieving revenue and growth targets, tracking key metrics, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. Day-to-day work will also involve collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve offerings, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and gathering market intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets in field.
- Lead generation through prospecting referral and web researches
- Should have an interest in Business Development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application Products
solutions.
- Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, and emphasize product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
- Capabilities of selling Hardware IOT devices
- Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and Societies,accounting services partners and builders to understand the scope of business and their expectations.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities and lead conversions.
- Ability to do product demonstrations to higher level authorities
- Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA
