Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing strategies to increase revenue, preparing proposals, and closing business deals. The role involves market research, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-driven environment
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Pharma, or related industries is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven ability to drive strategic partnerships and collaborations
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
