Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and developing and executing business strategies. The role also involves negotiating contracts, maintaining current client accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and preparing detailed business reports to align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills to close deals and build client relationships.
- Experience in conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, business analytics, and familiarity with ERP or business automation software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management roles in a technology or SaaS environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA would be an advantage.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving company growth.
