We’re hiring: Business Manager (Operations & Expansion) – Uttarakhand 🏔️✨
At Nirvana Organic, we don't just sell products; we represent the spirit of the Himalayas and the hard work of 2,000+ women farmers. We are expanding our retail footprint and looking for a polished, tech-savvy Business Manager to lead our operations from Bhimtal.
If you have a knack for premium retail, a "get-it-done" attitude, and want to manage a brand that sits in the lobbies of the Taj, ITC, Marriott, and Aloha, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities: 🚀 Expansion: Scouting and securing new store locations at premium hotels and tourist hubs across Uttarakhand. 🛠️ Maintenance: Ensuring our existing stores and placements maintain world-class standards. ⚙️ Operations: Managing the day-to-day logistics and supply chain efficiency. 👥 Training: Grooming and training our on-ground teams to deliver a premium customer experience.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 4-5 years in Sales or Operations.
- Persona: Polished communication, professional grooming, and highly tech-savvy (data & MIS are your friends).
- Location: Based out of our beautiful headquarters in Bhimtal.
The Numbers: 💰 Salary: ₹4 LPA + Performance-linked variables.
