Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area for a Business Development Manager. The role entails identifying growth opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the end-to-end business development lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating proposals, leading sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies. Additionally, the role will involve market research, tracking industry trends, and representing the company at client meetings and networking events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Proposal Writing, Negotiation, and Contract Management
- Knowledge of Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while driving revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and project management software is a plus
