Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and nurture client relationships, and create strategies to meet revenue goals. Responsibilities include market research, prospecting, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. The role requires high levels of initiative and a commitment to achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Strategy Planning, and Market Research
- Analytical abilities to assess market trends and identify new opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive presentation capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is highly advantageous
PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING AGENCY IS MUST
Working days - Monday to Friday [Alternate Saturdays off]
