Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include market research, sales strategy development, client engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will also represent the company at industry events and consistently seek opportunities to increase market reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client engagement, and sales strategy formulation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify market opportunities and build client relationships effectively
- Experience in market research and data analysis to make informed business decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Familiarity with the marketing and advertising industry is advantageous
PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING AGENCY IS MUST.
Workdays - Monday to Friday [Alternate Saturdays off]
