Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Delhi. The Business Development Manager will develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, identify and engage new prospects, and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, setting revenue objectives, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams. The role will also require consistent reporting on performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

- Proven experience in lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth strategies
- Proficiency in market research and understanding industry trends
- Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to identify new business opportunities

- Prior experience in the digital marketing or creative design industry is preferred
