Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving sales, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships within the education ecosystem.
- Generate leads through offline marketing initiatives
- Build brand awareness within student communities and educational institutions
- Develop and maintain a local student inquiry database
- Convert leads by guiding students through the admission process
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Collaborate with coaching institutes, schools, and tuition centers for lead generation
- Establish referral networks and strong B2B partnerships
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales (education sector preferred)
- Strong passion for sales and student engagement
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
