Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager located in Gandhinagar. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and design growth strategies to expand the company's market reach. Responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to align business goals with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including client relationship management, lead generation, and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry is advantageous
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
