Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to drive sales growth for our winding wire and cable business. This is a field-intensive role involving extensive travel and direct customer interaction. The candidate must have prior experience in selling similar products and must be comfortable working in industrial field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers in transformer, cable, and electrical manufacturing industries
- Regularly visit customers to promote winding wires and cable products
- Generate inquiries, follow up, and convert leads into business
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Provide regular sales and market reports to management

Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales expertise, including prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Knowledge of the electrical conductor, cable, or manufacturing industry is must
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
