Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building partnerships to expand the company's client base. Daily tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to align business goals with client needs. You will also work towards achieving revenue targets and contribute to the company's growth and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development and sales strategies, including lead generation and market analysis.
- Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and partnership-building skills.
- Knowledge of technology-driven industries such as AI, SaaS, FinTech, and HealthTech is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and align client objectives with company goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets using innovative sales techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and digital marketing strategies is beneficial.
