We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager / City Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth, strategic partnerships, and city-level expansion for our Ecommerce B2C clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, partnerships, market expansion, and on-ground business operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Drive business development and revenue growth for assigned city/region
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with local businesses, vendors, and societies
• Plan and execute city-level growth strategies and on-ground activations
• Manage hyperlocal user acquisition and market expansion initiatives
• Build strong relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and city-level targets
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive growth
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
🔹 Requirements
✔ 2 – 15 years of experience in Business Development / City Management / Sales
✔ Experience in Ecommerce, Hyperlocal, B2C platforms, or marketplace businesses
✔ Strong negotiation, partnership, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to manage on-ground operations and local market expansion
✔ Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability
✔ Excellent communication and relationship management skills
🔹 Preferred Background
• Experience working with Ecommerce, Food Delivery, Quick Commerce, Mobility, or Hyperlocal platforms
• Experience managing city-level P&L or regional sales targets
