About the Company
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – FireRated Division to lead sales expansion of borosilicate E-Category Fire Rated Glass (Integrity Glass) under the Client brand. This role will focus on engaging with fire rated door manufacturers, fire rated glazing contractors, and associated stakeholders across India. The position is based in Hyderabad, but will involve extensive travel across South India and occasional travel to North and West India to strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with fire rated door manufacturing companies and fire rated glazing contractors.
- Promote clients borosilicate glass solutions (E Category Integrity Glass) across relevant customer segments.
- Establish a strong presence across India, with a primary focus on South India.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers in door companies and glazing firms.
- Conduct technical discussions, product presentations, and influence product specifications.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets for the fire rated glass division.
- Develop and expand a strong professional network within the fire rated building materials ecosystem.
- Stay updated on codes, standards, and certification requirements in the fire rated construction segment.
- Share market intelligence and competitor insights with the management team.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of fire rated building materials (glass, doors, façades, or similar).
- Strong existing connections in fire rated door and glazing industry is an advantage.
- Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for client visits and regional travel.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in fire rated building materials (glass, doors, façades, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build networks and influence decision-makers at regional and domestic levels.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork across multiple states.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Strong existing connections in fire rated door and glazing industry is an advantage.
