Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and engage potential business opportunities, foster partnerships, and drive growth initiatives aligned with company strategy. Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships with partners, and analyzing market trends to guide decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams to align business strategies and meet targets is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the gaming industry, digital marketing, and youth-centric campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and project management.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
