Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The role entails identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. You will also represent Newchecks Solutions at industry events and contribute to the company's market presence and brand growth.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills including client relationship management, financial forecasting, and new business acquisition
- Proficiency in market research, sales strategy development, and lead generation techniques
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Organizational and project management skills, along with decision-making capabilities
- Experience in the HR solutions industry or a similar domain is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
