Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Guntur. The Business Development Manager will lead efforts in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and designing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, preparing sales proposals, overseeing contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective business strategies
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in creating sales presentations and proposal documents
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or a related sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
