Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities for NETWORKING. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and managing the sales process. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati. The Business Development Manager will liaise with internal teams to align business goals and ensure the successful execution of objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Expertise in business strategy development, market analysis, and sales planning
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with project management and using CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in business development or related roles
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
