Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Thane. The role involves identifying and onboarding homeowners and rental properties, managing relationships with property owners, and supporting the overall growth of the rental property portfolio. The Business Development Manager will analyze local market trends, implement strategic business development activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful property management. The role also requires actively building and nurturing client relationships to achieve revenue growth goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
- Experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or related industries
- Strategic thinking, Negotiation, and Networking skills
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in managing stakeholder expectations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools is beneficial
- Must be flexible to travel locally as needed
