Neotle Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence in the poultry sector across East India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building strong partnerships, and strengthening the company’s footprint in the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales & business development plans
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners
• Build strong relationships with farmers, integrators, and stakeholders
• Drive product awareness, promotions, and market penetration
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and trials
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
Requirements
- Must be located in commutable distance to Kolkatta, India.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in the poultry industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong network and market knowledge in North India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with poultry feed additives, animal nutrition, or veterinary products
- Existing relationships with poultry integrators, large farms, and distributors in East India
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with poultry farm operations, health management, and production cycles
- Ability to conduct technical product presentations and on-field trials
- Basic understanding of market analytics and sales reporting tools (CRM experience is a plus)
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
