Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth for Narayana Business School. The Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and industry stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams to achieve institutional goals, and develop strategic plans to expand the school’s programs and reach. Duties also include analyzing market trends, coordinating events, preparing business proposals, and ensuring delivery on key metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong networking, relationship management, and communication skills
- Proven expertise in market research, strategic planning, and business development or customer support.
- Experience with corporate partnerships, client acquisition, and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of the higher education sector is a plus
- Prior experience in career counseling,sales, marketing, or enterprise alliances is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other business development tools
