Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager placed in New Delhi. The role focuses on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include market analysis, lead generation, cross-functional coordination, proposal preparation, client presentations, and successful deal closure to meet revenue objectives
Qualifications
- Proven experience (6 - 10 Years) in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Strong expertise in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Relationship Building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and CRM tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and deliver results within deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in a relevant discipline
- MBA in Marketing or a related field will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in the Condition Monitoring domain will be preferred
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic business environment
