Role: Business Development Manager (Hunter)

Mission:

Generate new clients and revenue through software development services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead generation through cold outreach and networking

• Conduct discovery calls

• Present solutions and close deals

• Manage full sales cycle

Performance Expectations:

• ₹50L+ pipeline in 90 days

• First deal closure within 60–90 days

• ₹1Cr+ annual revenue target

Compensation:

• ₹50K–₹80K/month + 5% commission
