Key Responsibilities:
- Target Ownership
- Own monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets for the BDS function.
- Personally contribute to lead generation, outreach, and closure support where needed.
- Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor BD Admins across brands.
- Ensure consistent performance, SOP adherence, and brand alignment.
- Outreach & Lead Generation
- Drive outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold calls).
- Track response rates, funnel progression, and campaign impact.
- Lead Conversion Support
- Ensure follow-ups are timely, decks/proposals are sent on time, and lead movement is tracked.
- Collaborate with brand leads to support high-priority prospects.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain dashboards, conversion metrics, and weekly reporting to the CEO.
- Recommend process improvements based on data and performance insights.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the single point of contact for BD support across brands.
- Work closely with brand leads and senior management to align on strategic targets.
