Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Chennai. The individual will identify and develop new business opportunities, foster and maintain client relationships, and explore market trends to drive growth. Responsibilities include creating strategic business plans, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves collaboration across teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Account Management, and Negotiation
- Experience in Market Research and Business Planning
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prior experience in the chemicals, paints, or related industries is a plus
