Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in India. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and driving growth strategies. The role includes developing initiatives to expand the company’s market footprint, analyzing market trends, and overseeing business proposals and negotiations. The candidate will also contribute to revenue generation and long-term strategic planning.

- Proven expertise in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Market Analysis
- Strong Negotiation, Relationship Building, and Client Management skills
- Experience in Strategic Planning, Sales Strategy, and Target Setting
- Excellent Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant experience in business or sales within a professional setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the local market in India and proficiency in business tools and CRM software
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
