Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, prospecting clients, negotiating deals, preparing proposals, and maintaining long-term business relationships. Collaborative work with other teams to align business goals and communicate client needs will also be an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Experience in sales strategy, lead generation, and meeting revenue targets
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the modular furniture or interiors industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
