Role Overview
The Sales Manager will spearhead business growth in Nashik, focusing on IT hardware, AMC, FMS, servers, and networking solutions. The role demands strong leadership, client engagement, and proven ability to achieve aggressive sales targets in a competitive IT marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Expansion: Drive sales growth in Nashik through new client acquisition and channel development.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprises, government, and SMB clients.
- Solution Selling: Promote Minitek’s portfolio including servers, networking, AMC, FMS, and managed services.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide sales executives to achieve collective targets.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to refine sales approach.
- Coordination: Collaborate with technical, support, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in IT hardware, AMC, FMS, servers, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage complex client accounts and large-scale projects.
- Established network in Sambhaji Nagar’s IT ecosystem.
