Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing comprehensive growth strategies, and managing sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing proposals, and contributing to the overall business goals of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in identifying leads, relationship building, and client engagement.
- Proficiency in business strategy, market analysis, and sales management to drive growth.
- Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation to build and close partnerships.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and use CRM tools effectively.
- Adept at collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders across interdisciplinary functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Experience in the media or advertising industry is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
