Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth. The role involves market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to align business objectives. The ideal candidate will contribute to generating innovative approaches to serve existing and prospective clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Relationship Management.
- Strong Market Research, Data Analysis, and Reporting capabilities.
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create compelling Proposals and deliver Persuasive Presentations.
- Experience in Strategic Planning and Leadership with the ability to drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- Experience in international markets or multi-industry environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
