Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, promoting MHFA India’s training programs, and driving enrollment in our courses. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business development strategies, conducting market analysis, preparing proposals, and delivering impactful presentations to potential clients. The role also requires collaborating with the marketing and training teams to align business goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including negotiation, relationship building, and client management.
- Marketing and Promotion abilities to effectively communicate the value of MHFA India’s training programs to diverse audiences.
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis expertise to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills to engage stakeholders and deliver compelling pitches.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis for accurate reporting and efficient workflows.
- Team Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing and training teams.
- Prior experience in the education, healthcare, or mental health sectors is advantageous.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
