Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategic growth plans. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for market research, lead generation, and negotiation of business deals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales performance and market trends will also be expected.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
- Expertise in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Understanding of Market Research, Lead Generation, and Business Analysis
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage high-performance teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Mumbai's local and regional market is a plus
